There has never been a time when Lonnie wasn’t exposed to the Placement & Staffing Industry. While still attending FIU, he officially joined Hastings to lend a much-needed hand and stayed on after graduating. Lonnie enjoys working in the family business, but it’s not his only passion. Lonnie is also a stand-up comedian and can be seen many nights in venues all around South Florida!
Lonnie uses his unique abilities to keep our office smiling, work with clients and applicants, and set the Hastings Temporary Division on a path for continued growth.
As Hastings’ most talented Placement Consultant, Lee celebrated her 40th anniversary in 2019! Lee, a family friend, joined the team a few years after graduating from Alfred University when our Founder, Martin Kleinman, recognized her fierce drive to accomplish goals and get things done.
Lee has placed over 1,000 qualified candidates throughout the years. Many of those candidates continue to maintain relationships with her because of their trust in her ability to find them the right job. Lee has always been and continues to be a true professional, helping Hastings earn its valued reputation for quality.
Through frequent visits to the offices, hearing business discussions over dinner, and working summers as a teenager, Robin has been learning about the Staffing Industry since she was 7 years old. Although after graduating from the University of Florida, the last thing she thought she wanted to do was to join her parents’ company, she was convinced to give it a try. Much to her suprise, Robin loved working in the industry from the first day!
Since the days of answering phones and trying to produce “letter perfect” correspondence (a near impossible feat for her), Robin has held nearly every position in the company she loves. As CEO, Robin’s goal has always been to help her staff and the people they place to fulfill their potential.
In the 1960’s, when the business began, the Founders were advised not to use real names. Lighthearted Lois became “Lois Lane,” and the tradition of mixing work with fun began. Lois motivated her team to success, but also inspired hundreds of parties, events, and company trips over the years, making Hastings a great place to work.
More than 50 years after starting the business with her husband Marty, Lois continues to share her years of invaluable knowledge with the Hastings team.
